GoTips: It's just a black rectangle... or is it?
As we say: "Don't judge by appearances". Well, that saying may very well apply to props on GoAnimate as well. Take the "Black Block" prop (found in "Props > Others" in all themes) for example...
Does not look like much right?
Actually, this prop can be used to create really cool effects in your animations. Want to have a black screen except for a horizontal strip in the middle where your animation plays? Use the Black Block. Want that band to be oblique instead? Use the Black Block!
But better see this in actual animations, right?! Take a look at the below ones and spot where the animator used the Black Block to create great effects!
