Animating made Easy

"What if" is a very powerful tool in story telling. Many great stories start with a "What if" question from which unfolds a chain of events. What if this world was just an illusion generated by a super powerful computer? What if people had super power? What if there was life on Mars? What if...

With our recent release of Street Fighter characters on the GoAnimate platform, the first "What if" question that comes to mind is: "What if Street Fighters are not fighting?". When we designed the characters and chose the actions they would have, we wanted to enable story telling in general so that the community could break the existing boundaries of the video game and give life to the characters through stories... Having the platform basically empower our community to ask this "What if" question and come up with whatever chain of event would unfold from it.

We feel the animation above is a great example of what we are trying to achieve at GoAnimate by offering existing cartoon and game characters and allow our community to come up with new stories. "What if Ryu cared more about the background music on Chun-Li's stage than the fight itself?"

So, the right question to ask yourself is: "What if..." and let your imagination do its magic.
